Housed in exclusive seamless funnels, the chassis is made of stainless steel & tempered glass. The hood is powered by a metallic blower driving twin propellers to deliver 760m3/hr of airflow and operated by a reliable 3 speed mechanical controller with timer. Illumination is provided by energy saving LED array of 2 x 2W.

- Newmatic hoods may be operated in the ducted or recirculating modes. In the ducted modes, only the alumnium filter is fitted. In the recirculating mode, both the alumnium & charcoal filters are fitted.
- Aluminium filters are washable. This should be done by spraying a kitchen degreaser & scrubbing with a soft brush then rise off.
- Charcoal filters are not washable & should be replaced every 6 monthly.
